Late Delivery

Delivery company did not wait long enough for my helper to open up the gates at my home. No courtesy call to find out if they are at the correct address. Order specifically said 2 - 4 working days, order placed on Sunday evening. Numerous attempts to get through to contact centre but always busy. First mail sent at 12:30, follow up mail sent 3 hours later only to receive a reference number. Finally get through to contact centre at 5 p.m only to be told that delivery address could be changed but that would place delivery on Monday. <br> <br> First and last time buying from spree. I am a frequent online shopper and have never had a courier company leave my home without completing a delivery. If a company cannot meet the demands of their sales they must not mislead customers regarding service delivery. I would not have wasted my time and would have placed an order with another supplier. <br> <br> Most inconvenient and pathetic service
