Lack of respect and response

<p>I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the service I have been receiving lately at Spree.</p> <p>I ordered 2 Superga sneakers but the wrong items were delivered to me.</p> <p> This is not the first time as in Oct/Nov a damaged watch was delivered to me twice.</p> <p> I have been so disrespected as a customer that the person who packaged my order had the nerve to hide the incorrect size by putting paint on the box of the incorrect size which was delivered.</p> <p> The other sneaker has 41 on the box and 40 on the shoe.</p> <p> I called them more than 5 times asking to speak to the manager but the person seems to be ignoring me or the consultants did not bother to pass the messages.</p>
