Lack of delivery

<p>I ordered items on spree on 29 May 2016 and delivery was due in 2-4 working days. Despite this the items had still not been delivered by day 5. When I finally managed to reach the call centre I was told it would be delivered next week without any explanation for the delay as it is with the couriers, this is unacceptable.</p>
