Lack of customer service

The response time, or better yet, the total lack of response to complaints, queries and concerns is putrid.

A disappointed customer is clearly not enough reason to get issues resolved or responded to. Each time I have been in contact with customer support via email, I have not received a response until I have sent an even more irate follow up email.

I have always enjoyed my shopping experiences with Spree but this has completely put me off their services and offerings.
