ITEMS NOT DELIVERED AND NO REFUND!!!!!!!

Ordered items ,made payment at FNB and emailed proof of payment to spree on two different email addresses this was around 20 April. I received an email notifying me that my order was cancelled and immediately followed this up to ask the reasons for the cancellation and to request for my refund, everyday I have been sending emails to their ********** and sales ********** to date no one has responded to my emails apart me getting emails to rate their service. Calls go unanswered saying that they are experiencing high call volumes, this is everyday any time.
