Items not delivered and no info available

<p>When my item was purchased I was promised delivery within 2-4 working days. The day before it was due to arrive I received an email saying that Spree is experiencing high volumes and my order won't be on time. There has been no further communication or any notification about when I can expect my order. Nothing. No reply to my email enquiry. It looks like it has not even been packed yet at the warehouse (if I log into my order) and it is a week since my order was placed. I specifically ordered this dress for an event and now don't know if I will get it on time, or ever. This is the first time I have ordered from Spree. Never again. All they need to do is provide better information when things go wrong. Knowing when to expect something, even when it is late, is better than being left wondering, as then people can at least make alternative arrangements.</p>
