Item returned on 28 March, still no refund

I have made an order, which 1 item did not fit (burst), then called to enquire about the exchange process, however they did not have a bigger size, I then opted for a refund, on 28 March 2015 the item was collected for return, and on 31 March 2015 I received a message confirming that the returned item was received, however to date, my refund has not been processed. I regret ever trusting to shop on Spree online, I could have anticipated this BAD SERVICE and stayed away. I warn other potential consumers to NEVER attempt buying from Spree online, as should there be a need foe return, they will experience the exact service I am experiencing. DISGUSTED
