Irate customer

I am very unhappy with Spree as i made a purchase on their site on the 23/08/2018, i then made a payment the same day, the following day i received a notification that the payment was received and the parcel is being dispatched to be sent to the courier company, they stated that my parcel will be delivered by the 31/08/2018. No parcel to date and no communication from them, i even wrote about them on twitter and then the Spree team rep**** to my tweet saying they will investigate this, this was yesterday 04/08/2018, till now no other communication from the Spree team. I want my money back because clearly they do not want me to get my order. I am one disgusted customer.
