Incorrect Item delivered
Order number : RETURN # ********** 42-1
I placed an order on the 01/11/2017 for a pair of size 2 Soviet Viper Hi Cut Canvas Sneaker in Black, but instead I got a black/white pair on the 03/11/2017.
I logged an official complaint on the website and I also called them so that I could get assistance in regards to sorting out the incorrect order issue. I was advised that that the parcel would be collected and sent to the head-office for evaluation.It was collected by a guy from FedEx on Monday 05/11/2017.
And till today I haven't received any communication or confirmation in regards to when I will receive my order.
