Incorrect goods delivered

This is the first and probably last time I'll be using spree. I ordered a pair of pumps, in a size 7. When it arrived, the box said size 7, however in it was a size 8. I notified spree and they said it was most likely packed that way by the supplier but they should also do quality checks at the warehouse before sending something out, and she'll make sure this is done when they resend it. <br> Today I received the pumps, and excitedly opened the box only to find that I had once again been sent size 8 pumps in a size 7 box. Seriously, Spree either have some seriously *********** people working for them, or really, really bad quality checking processes in place.<br> I have made them aware, however I wouldn't be surprised if I received the incorrect thing a third time.<br> What a waste of time.<br>
