Incomplete order
<p>I was never notified that an item i ordered and paid for would not be delivered. I received 4 outof 5 items. I then called n they said they would lodge a refund (im more annoyed cos i wanted that item n it is now sold out). the refund hasnt reflected yet, i hope it does by tomorrow but this is just an inconvenience n dishonest.<br />They should never have sent me an email saying that the order was dispatched detailing 5 items! Only to receive 4.</p>
