<p>I have emailed spree weeks ago with regard to a refund for two separate orders, I have followed up with approximately 10 emails to date and I have still not received a reply to my query!!! The staff and customer service at spree are pathetic and useless!!!!! Never shopping here again. I have never experienced such deficient service with zando or any other online store before!!!!! </p>
