I exchanged a pair of shoes for a bigger size,after struggling to get the right size having to call Spree and following up today I eventually got the pair. Guess what it was still the wrong pair. This is such bad service,having to wait for a week for the wrong size is unacceptable. Please arrange for this wrong size to be collected tomorrow and please make sure that the right is is delivered by Friday. Also the shoes were in some normal brown box,I expect the correct size to be in a Madison box!!!!!!!!
