So there I am trying online shopping for the first times as I've been extremely sceptical about the delivery logistics. As I decide to place my faith in Spree and decide to even pay an extra R40 so I can received my goods the very next day. The delivery delivers my goods at my work residence in my absence, and gives my goods to a complete stranger. The delivery service never called me to check if I will be free during their delivery time or called to ask me if it's ok to leave it with a stranger. They dropped of my goods and Spree sent me an email confirming the same. How ***********! So I've paid for goods which I don't have, I feel ****med by Spree! To top it of I called the contact center this morning and received a whole lot of I don't knows and apologies but still not in receipt of my goods. In a nutshell I would say, Spree is not delivery to their end of the it bargain, they have my money but me as a customer don't have my goods!
