i will never ever buy from Spree in my life

<p>i bought from spree.co.za on the 21.07.2016, the item was small even though i bought one size bigger, it took them 3 weeks to collect the item, up unti this date 24.08.2016 i have not received my refund, i phoned them on the 12th and i was tols it takes 10 working days for the money to get into my account, i received an email on the 19th , 5 days after i was told of the 10 days, the email told me it was only processed on the 19th and i must wait 7 day for he money to get into my account, what kind of service is this, even worse my colleague got a size 2X bigger than the actual size and guess what they have not collected that item... bad bad</p>
