I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE

I want my money back, please. I sent an order back on the 23rd of March. The order was collected and I have not heard anything from them since. I check on my order and I get "refunded" when i call i get cut off when i need to give the Reference Number or the phone rings for 3 Minutes and there is dead silence.

Can I please just have my money back or else this is the last time i buy anything from them.
