I still dont have my delivery!!!

<p>I was unfortunately not at the office when your delivery guy came to my office block so he called me. I clearly stated that my colleague Samantha will be coming to reception to sign for my parcel and he said he will wait. When my colleague went to reception he vanished and I got an email to say that my parcel was delivered. I submitted an enquiry (ticket #527525) to spree and they came back to me to say that it was signed for by "Albert" I dont know who Albert is and why he was made to sign for my parcel when I clearly stated no one else signs for me because my parcel from spree went missing in the past.</p> <p>I paid money for that parcel, I still dont have my goods, its the second time this has happened to me so far and I want my items!!! Your customer service department is pathetic!</p>
