I really dont know why I shop at spree anymore

<p>Once again- I placed an order. I logged the return directly after the order was received. This was Monday. I immediately receive an email saying I will be contacted to schedule a return. I am still waiting to be contacted. This delays the return, and then it takes them a day or 2 to ceck the return, then 7 working days to refund!!!!! This is insane!!!! Superbalist, takealot, Zando... all online stores- they all have awesome return systems, and they refund almost immediately. I honestly dont know why I still shop at spree. This is maybe the 6th or 7th time where I've had to call in several times, BEGGING for a return parcel to get picked up. I'm super tired of this horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!1</p>
