I have been promised a delivery since Tuesday (14/11/2017)

I have bought a bomber jacket from Spree on the 9th of this month, order number # ********** 80 I gave them my home address then they did not get anyone at my place on Monday (13/11/2017) then I gave the driver my work address he promised me a delivery for Tuesday (14/11/2017). I sent an email to Spree requesting them to send the order to 6th Floor, City of Cape Town, Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Blvd, Cape Town, 8001 the reference number for this request is 867482 and I was promised that a consultant will call me. On Tuesday a consultant phoned me at 16:10 promising to deliver my order Wednesday on the same day at 18:37 pm Cheslyn sent me an email saying the courier has been advised to deliver to the below address. On the Wednesday I phoned them and again they promised to get back to me, and they did not. I phoned again yesterday with my cellphone and I was holding for 9 minutes and they promised me that the delivery will be at 15:30 I must wait for it. I was supposed to knock off at 15:00 but I waited until 15:40 still nothing came until now. I want my jacket the one that I have paid for, thanks.
