How long is 72hrs to you??
I placed an order on spree on 31/03/15 was never advised that the sneakers was out of stock! Only email I received was confirmation of proof of payment AFTER I already spoke to a call center consultant on the 07/04/15<br> advising me that they will refund me and I should email my bank details. Obviously I did that immediately and now on the 20/04/15 I am STILL WAITING for my refund that was processed within 72hrs.<br> I am getting no response to any of the emails I sent, apparently my query is resolved??? Ive called numerous times and kept on being assured that the refund was processed by finance and it will take 2-3 days to reflect. I AM GETTING TIRED of waiting!!! NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION ON A FIRST TIME BUYER TO YOUR SITE. Obviously I will advise family and friends not to do business with you!!. Just give my money back already!!

As per our communication with you, the refund was processed on the 15th of this month. Pleas note that it takes 3 to 5 working days for the payment to reflect in your bank account.
