HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER BUYING AGAIN!!!

I ordered a dress from Spree 3 weeks ago and the incorrect item was delievered to me. I called the call centre and logged a return. The next day the incorrect dress was picked up but 3 weeks later, i still do not have the dress I ordered and no one has offered to reimuburse me! I have called the call centre 5 times now!!! And everytime they told me that my request is marked as urgent, however, I still do not have the dress which i payed for!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced from an online store! At this point even if I do recieve the dress, it was absolutely not worth my time, money or effort! I will never purchase from Spree again!!!!!
