Horrible Service & delivery

I am currently dealing with a very frustrating issue with the above company and courier services that they make use of. I have placed an online order on the 25/07/2018 and paid within 24 hours for the order. The parcel has still not been delivered to me, but rather to some unknown location and signed for by someone else !!!! I did not receive any call that they are delivering that day or if they can drop the parcel at the designated person that signed for the package. I am continuously getting an excuse and no answer regarding my parcel whereabouts and delivery. I have been using numerous other online shops and never have I experienced this issue regarding delivery. I need this issue sorted out as soon as possible.!!!!
