Horrible Service

<p>I placed on order online on the 03/10/2016, after 2 days of no communication sent to me and calls to the call centre they kept on telling me the order is still being packed and they currently in a backlog with work. I explained to MULTIPUL agents that I need to parcell delivered today 05/10/2016, the call was just before 09h00 the morning, as I will be leaving my home town the following morning. Now at 16h45 after being promised 10000 phone calls I called to call centre again and they explained the same storie as this morning. Half of the parcel is coming from JHB and this is the delay, JHB was only informed to pack and send the parcel this morning 05/10/2016 after my initial phone call. I have even offered to collect the part of the parcel that is in my home town at their warehouse or at the courier company but was told that is not standard procedure after multipull service failures they not even willing to assist a client. I placed an order with Zando yesterday 04/10/2016 at 11h00 and the parcel was already delivered today at 10h00 !!! Less than 24 hours, that is what you call customer care !!! Worst service I have ever received </p>
