Horrible Service

I have previously bought from Spree and I have been satisfied with the service however I placed a order on the 25th of April, my colleague ordered the same item after me and hers arrived the next day, even the address was the same! I have sent 6 emails and been held on the phone for over an hour. Yesterday I managed to get through via phone and I got told that my item has been out on delivery since the 26th and they don't know where it is! I got told that they will contact me but I have heard nothing! Customer Service is pathetic and I will NEVER use Spree again. The service is horrible and there are WAY BETTER online shopping services out there. I do not recommend Spree to anyone and tell them to avoid using Spree.
