horrible service

Ordered shoes on 24/07, delivered on 26/07 but wrong things.called on 27/07 call answered than dropped, called again held on for ever cause someone picked up the phone just left it on the side,sent an email.30/07 spoke to someone finally advise will call on 31/07 to confirm wrong parcel details to date no call, still have wrong order,called again now and again my call was picked up and placed on the side.Can I just get my stupid order,I paid for it so why must I follow up and run after you guys for my order.If this is not resolved by end of today, cancel the stupid order and refund me my money.
