Horrible service

I bought a pair of boots from Spree. I wore them once and I found the zips for both my boots are faulty. I am a regular customer of theirs and I have made them aware of my issue with no response.

Previously i had credit left in my account which they made me jump through hoops to get a refund for and eventually was forced to make another purchase.... i.e the boots.

Im super dissapointed in Spree
