Horrible Return Policy
I am extremely disappointed with Spree for the collection of my return. It is my first time buying from them and it has been an absolute nightmare. These guys should be put on blast for such ********** service.<br> <br> I had to make numerous calls for the collection of my return. The call centre agents do not have the decency to follow-up with the couriers or to give concrete information.<br> <br> The lack of professionalism is very appalling...I do not look forward to the refund process, I bet it will be even worse than this.
