Horrible customer service

<p>I will never ever place an order with spree. I have been told at least 6 different stories abt when my parcel will be delivered. The team leader Simone from FedEx told me spree customers don't pay them so they arrange nothing with customers, the arrangement is made by spree. This is after 3 of fedex consultants told me my parcel will be delivered today I must call this morning to get the drivers details. When I call spree I hold for more than 10 minutes and get a different story. Not ever again! I'd rather pay the full amount for the item at the store than a 50% spree online sale that will leave me with a headache.</p>
