Horrible Customer Service.

I have logged a return with them since the 2 May 2018 for two items. Then there was a mixed up with the courier services they returned the one item after collection. I have been trying since then, to have this second item collected. Till this day there has not be any collection done. I have called & emailed numerous times and there has not been any help from spree. I have spoken to two of their agents Nomthandozo via email and she just left me hanging. Then I spoke to Avuyile over the phone who kept on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up without any update.

I'm really frustrated and disappointed in the spree customer service. It is absolutely disgusting the way their agents handle queries, they clearly do not want to be working there. A serious intervention is needed if Spree really values their customers.

I hope to get this matter resolved ASAP.
