Horrible Customer Service

I have received no refund for an order they sold me online and did not have in stock-and after sending 4 emails requesting information on a refund date I was ignored.

So why do they have to let people get so angry before responding or giving them information on money owed!! This could all have been avoided with better communication!! If they had better comms-they would have received better reviews-but by the looks of the rating online-this is nothing new for Spree.

It's my money - it's your mess up- I paid it straight away-you owe it to me to pay me back straight away.
