Horrible customer Service
<p>Ordered for a friend on spree for the first time, no customer service & empty promises on delivery, boots was supposed to be a gift for tomorrow, after I called 3 times being assured that I will receive my order by MONDAY, I called today again justs to find out, they can't give a date for delivery!</p>

We believe you didn't receive the notification sent by our Marketing Team advising of the delay, Some customers are finding it in their spam folder.
Despite putting measures in place to deal with the surge in orders, Our warehouse is taking longer than expected to pack and dispatch some orders unfortunately.
We hate to disappoint our shoppers , Our team is working around the clock to get your parcel packed and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
