Highly ****ed off.... want my money

So bladdy ****ed off..... going 2 weeks now that my issue isnt sorted. Never will i buy on spree again. Their staff snd service is highly pathetic nor can they staff understand.

Being calling for an order in which i returned something. I dont have an issue with this as yet as im waiting for refund to happen. Items was collected.

I have an issue in the same order where i havent received an item due to it being out of stock. I am going in circles,wasting bladdy airtime calling and no bladdy one can sort it

***!!!! I want my money back not a store credit as i will never buy on spree again. I havent sent tons of emails and messages on messenger.... where the *** are the staff???? Are they do bladdy busy since they so blsddy dum!!!!

Can anyone in spree sort my ***n matter out as its over 2 weeks now.
