Haven't receive my boots or money back , they are ignoring my calls and emails .

I bought boots 0n the 25 July 2018 and made payment and to be told on the 29 July 2018 its sold out ,the boots was on sale I added two items I didn't want so I don't pay for delivery , I have bought in many online shopping's they tell you its sold out before you even pay ,I choose another color they said its sold out after 2 days I see its still there I wanted size 6 , they don't pick up their call center number is as if there is no one working even how long you call they don't reply to my emails today its the 18 September2018 still nothing .their services on , and they send an email to say Spree will merge with Superbalist in October, what will happen to my order or my money ? please advise , their services its bad everyone its talking about Spree bad services .haven't
