hastle free purchases and exchanges

I've purchased around ten items from Spree in the past year, and I have requested refunds and exchanges on multiple occasions - the deliveries and pick ups have always been done within the stipulated times (I think its 2-4 working days) or less, and exchanges have been hassle free. <br> I hate going to malls so it's been a pleasure buying from them.
