Great service

I've been shopping on spree for a few months now, my packages come on time and if there is a problem they send an email to let me know, I recently had a bad experience turned good because once I called to report what had happened they gave a reference number and told me they will call me they next day to give me feedback , they called without me following up and made sure that they resolved my problem. The only not so good thing about spree is that you will never get your refund back they usually just give you a store credit, which is not that bad for me because I get to shop some more.
