Goods Ordered but not Delivered

i have ordered goods from spree on which my parcel was was send by Speed services on 31 March 2015 but when i check with witbank post office last week they said the parcels were forwarded to Balmoral and they gave me Balmoral number but then when i try to call balmoral they say they havent receive any parcel for the last 3 weeks now and when i call the witbank post office today they say my parcel is not with them and when i call spree they send me back to Witbank Post office, so what must i do.cause this not acceptable it is bad service indeed my order numbers are :*** and ***
