Frustration personified!!!

REF ********** 63-1, 2 and 3. I purchased items for the first time via Spree during the Black Friday sales. All went well, receiving items timeously and in good order. I subsequently wished to return these items and processed a returns request on 1 December 2016. Per the website's claim, the process is "easy" and should take no longer than 2-4 working days. We are now on working day 8 not counting the day on which the request was made. I have twice contacted the call centre, the operators indicating to me that they would follow up with the courier companies. This has clearly been effective. I have offered to return the items myself to their warehouse, but this option is not available as the package would then not be tracked and I would therefore not get a refund!!! I have since been contacted by contact centre operator yesterday (Ruweidah) who promised that items would be collected today 13 December, however, I have received a message from their courier company stating that collection will only occur in the next 3-4 working days!!!!! What the hell. I have contacted the call centre once again, and have been told that I am not allowed to escalate this matter outside of their process. I don't care about your process!!!! Just come and get your goods and deliver on your promises. This experience will be relayed as many times as I possbily can, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
