Frustrating service delivery

Im currently on hold with Spree for the 6th time. Having the line dropped on me twice already. I spoke to a lady by the name of Thuli who put me on hold for 15 mins and then comes back to me and just keeps quiet until i eventually had to drop the line. Horrible service from her. Please ensure she is coached accordingly.

All i want is my items. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Order # ********** 36. Only to receive one pair of boots and being told that i will receive a refund for the other boot because they no longer had my size. So when i tried to purchase again they wanted to charge me a delivery fee AGAIN which i was not happy about. So i called, spoke to Clarissa and she manually put through this order for me. Said three working days i would get my order. Order # ********** 37. Checked on the site, the order was incorrect and was placed on hold. went on leave for a week, came back and still nothing.
