Struggling to get my money back after Spree has been debiting my account from August. I have called and sent countless messages but am not getting concrete confirmation as to when i will get the money back. This is ***** and no one seems to care and i was told that the finance team will look into it and that they are overloaded with queries which is not my problem. Its unbelievable how a customer can be treated like this.
