First Time Purchaser & Last Time Purchaser!!

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service that I have received from Spree. I contacted them regarding a promocode that didn't work. I was told numerous times that it would be resolved and after 4 days of following up, the promocode is no longer valid, I could not make my purchase and I have still not had any response. How can you advertise something that is not valid and then ignore your customers when it is questioned??? This is the first time I have ever tried to purchase on Spree and can guarantee that it will be my last. Terrible service!
