First order and last order...... HELP!!!!!

First time ordering from Spree and the last time... Long story short, incorrect parcels were delivered and signed for. Incorrect parcels were collected yesterday from myself. My parcel MIA. Order number ********** 85. I spent about an hour on the phone yesterday, and spoke with Shereen as well as Andrea. Neither came back to me with a resolution as promised. I phoned again this morning and spoke with another lady. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and hoping she phones me back. And between spending about R65 of my airtime, the poor courier phones me last night after 7 from his personal cellphone, very upset and apologetic about my "missing" parcel. I AM not impressed. As I've mentioned, it will be my first and last order with Spree. Am I getting **** service because I only ordered 1 item? Sorely dissapointed. I expect this matter to be resolved by 3pm today, or I will reverse the payment. Also, I expect some form of re-inbur*****t for my airtime wasted having to phone the support centre 4 times, every time being told "I will phone you back". Not on Spree, not on. Looking forward to your soonest reply.
