FALSE PROMISES - Refund
They promise quick and efficient refunds of 7 - 10 working days but lies lies and more lies. One has to initiate a call in order for the process to commence even after returning the products to them. With other online shops, I have never experienced such service. Any form of communication via Email, or social media pages are poor. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
