False Advertising and no feedback
I ordered a bottle of Gucci Guilty Black online as that is the image that was displayed on the sale item. When I received my package it was a different bottle of perfume to what I'd ordered. When I emailed the Spree Support team about the order they told me to book a return and order a new product, without acknowledging their mistake. When I asked them why I should log a new sale to return a product I didn't order, they didn't respond.<br> <br> So I looked at my order again. They are using an image for Gucci Guilty Black to advertise, but the SKU description is for Gucci by Gucci. This incidence has really put me off buying from Spree again.
