False Advertising

On Jul 31, at 15:44 I emailed [URL Removed] after seeing an ad of an item I was interested in but couldn't find on their website.
On Aug 4, at 17:41 I received a reply from Elhaam, not addressing my question but only giving me the URL for Spree (which I gave in my initial email).
I rep**** straight away that this didn't answer my question and I'd like for a manager to contact me.
I received a prompt response that the item I was looking for was out of stock.

Until now I haven't spoken to a manager.
The item is not anywhere on their website and its still on every ad I see. Its a good buy at the price they are displaying it, but it's false advertising if they don't even stock this item. This is just a clever way to attract unsuspecting victims.
