False Advertising
<p>I ordered a pair of boots to the value of R979, to my surprice Spree charges me an EXTRA R100 for shipping because im from Mpumalanga. They advertise FREE shipping throughout South Africa. I guess Mpumalanga is not part of South Africa. I called them to ask why is it like that and thje answer i got was" Sorry Mam you are falling under the outlying area therefore the courier will charge you a R100. Please dont say free delivery THROUGHOUT S.A cause you are lying.</p>

I am terribly sorry for this confusion. Let me see if I can help:
Standard door-to-door delivery we do charge a fee of R100 if it is an outlying area. However, we do have our Pargo delivery which is the option to collect your parcel when it suits you from one of over 500 Pargo pick-up points located across South Africa. This option is available to shoppers in main-centres as well as outlying areas.
We do not charge any fee for this option. I hope this helps you to purchase at Spree!
