I bought a caot this morning online and I saw on the site that it states that you get 100 off for buying items more then 350 so their site was loading the hole time and no voucher number came through , so I checked out my coat of 419 now after I did that the voucher came through now i just called to fiind out about the voucher i got the customer service agent told me that they cant assist me cause order has been put through already ...i mean who's fault is that cause its there site that was slow and delaying im supposed to get 100 off since i purchased over 350 how can they promote something and not meet to promise cauise not it means they lying to the customers i want that 100 off cause i purchased the coat cause i saw the special of 100 off now customer service tells me they cant assist me then they must give back my money and ill cancel that order if thats the case my oder number is ********** 42 and voucher number is pMYivYZq but now they tell me i cant use it
