Failure to provide free delivery and customer service.

<p>Spree promises free delivery country wide for orders over R250. I placed an order for R1289. It indicated free delivery. Upon checkout, a delivery charge of R200 is added to my order. I emailed Spree regarding this, received no response. I called the customer service number, held on for 8 minutes and still received no assistance. Way to go Spree! Not only did I manage to NOT secure free delivery as promised, I've now got to pay for a call that didn't provide any benefits. Never experienced this probolem with other online sites that promised free delivery.</p>
