Failure to meet delivery deadline & POOR SERVICE

I purchased goods last Friday night ****h Dec), and have been tracking it online. It shows that it went out for delivery on Monday morning already, and yet, even though they claim to make delivery within 2 working days, I still don't have my parcel.<br> <br> Calling them ends up in a 10-15 minute wait to get someone on the phone, and they don't bother to follow up with you after, and they don't reply to emails!<br> <br> Really poor service - will not be using them again!!! Will stick to Zando.<br> <br> Their courier company is clearly not reliable either, so don't know why they are using them!
