Excellent customer care

I posted a complaint on Hello Peter a few days ago which unfortunately I haven't managed to delete, as I later discovered the error that occurred was in fact due to my bank and not that of Spree and I wanted to set the record straight, the customer care I received from Gregory and team on receipt of my enquiry was nothing less than superb! Gregory was able to calm me down and assured me he would look into it and get back to me with feed back at a specific time, which he did and after I had established the error was with my bank, Gregory remained helpful as ever. This is the kind of customer care all customers expect and is certainly what I found with Spree, thank you and keep up the great work!
