****ed off with service....awaiting my refund
<p>I am waiting for my refund via eft from monday the 6 june.</p> <p> </p> <p>My refund has been processed but i have received my money all week </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned spree twice and was suppose to get a follow up email however i got nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spree doesnt even respond to emails ....</p> <p>Other refunds go through within a day however my refund is taking a week .</p> <p> </p> <p>Tired of phonining and speakinv to consultants who dont assist properly .</p>

I am highly ****ed off with the service. I dont recommend anyone to buy on spree .
Firstly no one ever responds to emails ... i called 4 times and spoke to 4 people and its going 2 weeks i have not yet received my money...
Where the hell is my money and will anyone get back to me
2 people were suppose to send me a email with an update of my refund yet i have got no such reply.
Ive been calling and bladdy wasting tons of airtime waiting and its going full 2 weeks i have not got my money bac****!!!
I use to buy alot on spree however i will never buy again and will inform all my friends and family who do about this incident.
You guys are pathetic!!!!! Other online sites such as zando are so much better to deal with..... at least people respond and they dont ***** money.....
I had returned two orders , how is it that one went through the next day and the first is taking 2 weeks for me to get my refund into my account. When i called the 3rd time someone said tge wrong branch code was used. Then how did the other refund go through???? Does spree have idiots working for them that they dont know what codes they using for the same bank??????
Doesnt look like anyone is actually even reading my mails o posts!!!!!!! Thats the treatment customers get when you buy alot!!!!!
